Modern Space Dubai is a leading renovation and reconstruction company specializing in residential and commercial renovations, fit-outs, kitchen solutions, and ACS (Air Conditioning Systems) supply and installation. We are looking for skilled Painters to join our team and deliver high-quality finishes for homes and commercial spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

Surface Preparation - Cleaning, sanding, filling cracks, and priming surfaces. Painting & Finishing - Applying paints, varnishes, and other finishes with precision. Stucco Application - Expertise in applying stucco and textured finishes. Color Mixing & Matching - Ensuring correct shades and finishes as per client requirements. Wall Treatments - Applying wallpapers, textures, and special finishes. Site Cleanliness & Safety - Maintaining a clean work area and following safety protocols. Work Under Tight Schedules - Meeting deadlines in fast-paced environments. Collaboration with Team - Working alongside carpenters, designers, and project managers. Customer Satisfaction - Ensuring high-quality work that meets client expectations.
Requirements:1. Experience & Skills

Proven experience as a Painter in residential or commercial projects. Knowledge of different painting techniques, materials, and tools. Surface preparation skills (filling, sanding, priming, and masking). Stucco application experience is required. Ability to apply paint evenly and handle spray painting, brush, and roller techniques. Experience in wall treatments and decorative finishes is a plus. Understanding of safety procedures and use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).
2. Language & Communication

Basic English communication skills. Ability to understand client and supervisor instructions.
3. Physical Fitness

Ability to stand for long periods, climb ladders, and lift materials.
4. UAE Experience (Preferred)

Candidates with prior experience in the UAE construction or fit-out industry will be given preference.
Compensation & Benefits:

Salary: AED 2,200 per month Visa is provided..
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED2,200.00 per month
