• Can join immediately
• Can do both Carpentry and Painting
• Must be 25 - 40 Years old
• 2 - 5 Years' experience on the same field
• Must be residing in Dubai
• Identifies maintenance issues that need repair, may be a safety hazard, vacant repairs, property damages, and common-area and works with manager and supervisor to make repairs.
• Carpentry work may require fixing locks, broken windows, adjusting door closures, floor closures, window Locks, and assisting with building cabinets and installation
• Install structures and fixtures, such as windows and molding
• Take measurements and calculate the size and amount of material needed
• Inspect and replace damaged framework or other structures and fixtures
• Carve and assemble furniture, cabinets, shelves and other items and install them where designated
• Completed work on time and within budget, provided superior customer service
• Cover floors and furniture with dropcloths and tarps to protect surfaces
• Remove fixtures such as pictures, doorknobs, or electric switch covers
• Fill holes and cracks with putty, plaster, or other compounds
• Prepare surfaces by scraping, wire brushing, or sanding to a smooth finish
• Calculate the area to be painted and the amount of paint needed
• Apply primers or sealers so that the paint will adhere
• Choose paints and stains for desired color and appearance
• Apply paint or other finishes, using handbrushes, rollers, or sprayers
