Job Description
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of painting experience, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship. Key Responsibilities: Preparation:
Prepare painting surfaces by washing walls, repairing holes, or removing old paint.
Mixing, matching, and applying paints and other finishes to various surfaces.
Taping, sanding, and priming surfaces to ensure a smooth finish. Painting:
Ensure that all equipment is in working order, performing routine maintenance tasks as necessary. Team Collaboration:

- Apply paint, stain, varnish, enamel, and other finishes to equipment, buildings, and/or other structures, using brushes, spray guns, or rollers.
- Review and inspect the quality of work completed to ensure that it meets the company\xe2\x80\x99s standards and client expectations.
- Maintain cleanliness of painting equipment and work area.
Ensure that all equipment is in working order, performing routine maintenance tasks as necessary. Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with other members of the team to ensure the smooth completion of projects.
- Minimum of 2 years of painting experience.
- Knowledge of different paint products and their appropriate application.
- Ability to distinguish between different shades of color.
- Strong attention to detail and an eye for quality.
- Ability to stand, bend, or kneel for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Familiarity with the tools, techniques, and safety precautions related to painting tasks.
- Driver\'s license and reliable transportation (if applicable).
- Flexibility to work outside of regular business hours, including weekends, if required.
- Background check may be conducted based on company policy.
