Infradef Facilities Management LLC is looking for a skilled

Painter

with experience in

residential, commercial, and industrial painting projects

. The ideal candidate should be experienced in

surface preparation, color mixing, and finishing techniques

while ensuring quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

? Prepare surfaces by

cleaning, sanding, filling cracks, and priming

before painting.
? Apply

paint, varnish, and other finishes

using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
? Repair

walls, ceilings, and other surfaces

to ensure a smooth finish.
? Follow

safety guidelines

and ensure a clean workspace.
? Work with other maintenance teams on renovation or facility improvement projects.

Requirements:

? Proven experience as a

Painter

in

commercial or residential projects

.
? Ability to mix and match

paint colors

for the required finish.
? Skilled in handling

painting tools and materials

.
? Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
? Knowledge of

safety procedures and protective coatings

.
