Job Description

We are seeking a skilled 3D Printing Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sanding, smoothing, and painting 3D-printed models to meet customer specifications. This role requires strong attention to detail, creativity, and experience in surface finishing and painting techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare 3D-printed models by sanding, filling, and smoothing surfaces to remove imperfections. Apply primers, base coats, and final paints based on customer requirements. Mix and match colors to achieve the desired look and finish. Use airbrushes, spray guns, and hand-painting techniques to enhance details. Apply protective coatings and sealants to ensure durability. Collaborate with designers and clients to ensure final products meet expectations. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including proper storage of paints and tools. Follow safety guidelines when handling chemicals and painting materials.
Requirements:

Experience in painting, airbrushing, or surface finishing (experience with 3D-printed models is a plus). Knowledge of different painting techniques, primers, and protective coatings. Ability to sand and smooth surfaces to achieve a professional finish. Strong attention to detail and ability to replicate color and texture accurately. Familiarity with resins, plastics, and other 3D printing materials is preferred. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Understanding of weathering techniques for realistic effects. Basic knowledge of 3D printing processes. More than 3 years in 3D printing painting.
