: We are seeking a skilled Finishing Painter to join our team at Alwan Al Ebdaa Interior LLC. As a Finishing Painter in our joinery factory, you will be responsible for applying finishes to wooden products according to specifications and quality standards. This role requires attention to detail, proficiency in various painting techniques, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare wood surfaces for finishing by sanding, cleaning, and applying primers or sealers as necessary.
• Apply paints, varnishes, stains, and other finishes using spray guns, brushes, or rollers.
• Ensure consistent color matching and finish application across multiple products.
• Follow detailed instructions and specifications to meet quality and production goals.
• Conduct quality inspections to verify finishes meet company standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace and adhere to safety guidelines.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Finishing Painter, preferably in a manufacturing or joinery environment.
• Knowledge of different types of paints, varnishes, stains, and finishing techniques.
• Ability to perform surface preparation and apply finishes with precision.
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Safety-conscious attitude and adherence to workplace safety protocols.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with color matching and custom finishing projects.
• Certification or training in painting or finishing techniques is a plus.
