Summary: As the Paid Media Manager at Huda Beauty, you\'ll spearhead digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms to elevate brand visibility, engagement, and sales. Your role involves devising and executing strategic paid media plans, optimizing campaigns for performance, and leveraging audience insights to drive conversions. You\'ll collaborate closely with internal teams to align paid media efforts with overarching marketing goals while staying abreast of industry trends to maintain a competitive edge. Requirements Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and execute paid media strategies aligned with Huda Beauty's marketing objectives, including supporting new product launches and promotions.
Collaborate closely with the global marketing team to ensure alignment and consistency in media planning and execution across global markets.
Manage campaigns across platforms such as META, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube & Google Ads ensuring optimal performance and ROI.
Conduct thorough audience research and segmentation to identify target demographics and refine it for each campaign.
Collaborate closely with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives, copy and landing pages that resonate with the target audience and drive conversions.
Stay ahead of industry trends and platform updates to leverage new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge in the digital landscape.
Manage advertising budgets effectively, allocating resources strategically to maximize reach and impact.
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams including marketing, creative, ecommerce, analytics and local teams to align paid media efforts with business objectives.
Generate regular reports and insights to provide stakeholders with a clear understanding of campaign performance, trends, and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
5-7 years of Paid Media experience managing paid media campaigns for consumer brands, preferably within the beauty or fashion industry.
Bachelors degree in marketing preferable.
In-depth knowledge of digital advertising platforms including META, TikTok, Snapchat, Google Ads, and other relevant channels.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights and optimize campaign performance accordingly.
Experience with ad tracking and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics and similar platforms.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Ability to multitask and prioritize competing deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs in a rapidly evolving industry landscape.
