In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across various social media platforms to promote our consultancy services and attract new clients.
Responsibilities:
• Campaign Strategy and Planning:
• Develop comprehensive paid advertising strategies aligned with business goals and target audience demographics.
• Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and campaign objectives to measure success.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align paid advertising efforts with overall marketing initiatives.
• Ad Creative Development:
• Create compelling ad copy and visuals that resonate with our target audience and drive engagement.
• Collaborate with designers to develop high-quality ad creatives, including images, videos, and carousel ads.
• Campaign Execution and Optimization:
• Set up and launch paid advertising campaigns across social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and others.
• Monitor campaign performance in real-time and adjust targeting, bidding, and creative elements to optimize results.
• Conduct A/B testing to identify top-performing ad variations and iterate on successful strategies.
• Manage advertising budgets effectively to maximize ROI and achieve campaign objectives.
• Audience Targeting and Segmentation:
• Utilize advanced targeting options and audience segmentation techniques to reach relevant audiences with personalized messaging.
• Build custom and lookalike audiences based on CRM data, website visitors, and other relevant sources.
• Performance Analysis and Reporting:
• Track key performance metrics, such as impressions, clicks, conversions, and cost per acquisition (CPA).
• Generate regular reports to analyze campaign performance and provide insights for optimization.
• Communicate results and recommendations to stakeholders, including management and clients.
• Stay Updated on Industry Trends:
• Stay informed about emerging trends and best practices in social media advertising, including new ad formats, targeting options, and platform updates.
• Continuously seek opportunities to innovate and improve campaign performance.

Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
Experience:
• Google ads: 2 years (Preferred)
• Meta Ads: 2 years (Preferred)
