Develop and implement performance marketing strategies across various digital channels, including but not limited to Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and display advertising networks.
Create and manage paid advertising campaigns to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue growth.
Conduct keyword research, ad copywriting, and A/B testing to optimize campaign performance and achieve target KPIs.
Monitor campaign budgets, pacing, and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and analytics, to align campaign strategies with business objectives.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in performance marketing and paid advertising.
Requirements:
Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.
Ecperience in Dubai real estate is a must
Proven experience in performance marketing and paid advertising, with a focus on driving measurable results.
Proficiency in managing campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Snapchat Ads and display advertising networks.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to optimize campaign performance.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
Salary: AED 8,000 to 10,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.REQUIREMENTS
Google Ads and/or Facebook Ads certification.
- Fluent english and arabic speaker
Experience with remarketing, audience segmentation, and advanced targeting techniques.
Knowledge of web analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.
Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies.
