The Paid Ads Specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing our clients\' paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms including META (Facebook and Instagram), Google, TikTok, Snapchat, and LinkedIn. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing successful ad campaigns, with an additional advantage if they have experience in Programmatic Advertising. Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management: Create, manage, and optimize paid ad campaigns across META, Google Ads, TikTok, Snapchat, and LinkedIn.
Strategy Development: Develop and execute comprehensive paid media strategies to drive traffic, conversions, and ROI.
Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics using analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
Budget Management: Manage advertising budgets effectively, ensuring maximum ROI and adherence to allocated budgets.
A/B Testing: Conduct A/B testing of ad creatives, targeting, and landing pages to continuously improve campaign performance.
Audience Targeting: Utilize advanced targeting techniques to reach and engage with the desired audience segments.
Collaboration: Work closely with the design and social media team to align paid ad strategies with overall client marketing goals and initiatives.
Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital advertising and platform updates.
Qualifications
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of AGENCY experience in managing paid ad campaigns across META Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
Programmatic Advertising: Experience with Programmatic Advertising is a plus.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in using ad management tools and analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, META Business Suite, TikTok Ads Manager, Snapchat Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision making.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written English.
Certifications: Relevant certifications in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or other platforms are a plus.
Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field preferred.
