This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced and dedicated medical professional to make a positive impact on the lives of young patients.Responsibilities:- Conduct routine check-ups on infants, children, and adolescents to assess their overall health and development- Diagnose and treat various acute and chronic illnesses, injuries, and infections in children- Prescribe medications and treatments according to established standards of care- Monitor and track patients progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans as needed- Provide counselling and support to parents and caregivers on child health and development- Collaborate with other medical professionals, such as nurses, social workers, and therapists, to provide comprehensive care for patients- Conduct developmental assessments, including physical and mental development, and address any concerns or delays- Participate in medical rounds, case conferences, and other team meetings to coordinate patient care- Keep accurate and up-to-date medical records for all patients- Stay informed about advancements in paediatric medicine and attend professional development opportunities to continuously improve knowledge and skillsRequirements:- MBBS and MD or DNB in Paediatrics from a recognized university- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Paediatrician in a hospital or healthcare facility- Valid state medical license and registration- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to healthcare- Ability to work well in a team environment- Up-to-date knowledge of current pediatric practices and guidelines
