Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with students in various sports disciplines and possess a passion for promoting physical education and overall well-being.
Responsibilities
• Provide coaching and instruction in PADEL
• Educate players on proper techniques, rules, and strategies related to their chosen sport.
• Organize and lead practice sessions to enhance skills and teamwork
• Ensure the safety of participants during training and competitions
• Motivate and inspire players to reach their full potential
• Collaborate with other coaches and staff members to coordinate schedules and events
Skills
• Experience working with players in a coaching capacity
• Proficiency in sports coaching techniques and strategies
• Knowledge of physical education principles
• Ability to educate and mentor individuals in various sports disciplines
• Familiarity with PADEL
• Previous experience in a padel club or similar environment
