We are seeking for a motivated and detail-oriented packing supervisor to join our team. Should be able to oversees the operations and staff involved in the packing of finished goods. Preferably FMCG.

Responsibilities

Team Management:

• Supervise and lead a team of packing support staff.
• Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions to ensure high performance and adherence to company policies.

Operations Oversight:

• Monitor daily operations to ensure timely and accurate Packing.
• Coordinate with production and delivery teams to manage finished goods and ensure the availability of products.

Performance Monitoring, Stock management and administrative:

• Track and analyze performance metrics, such as packing times of baked products.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve delivery efficiency
• Prepare and submit reports on packing operations and performance.
• Collaborate with other departments to align delivery operations with overall business objectives.

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor degree.

NB:- Should have relevant experience. Food and accommodation will be provided by company.
