Job Title : Packing Helper

Job Summary : The Packing Helper supports the packing and preparation of products for shipment, ensuring that all items are securely packed, labeled, and meet quality standards. The role involves working closely with the packing team to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and adherence to company guidelines.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist in packing products into boxes or containers according to specific instructions and packing guidelines.
• Ensure that products are securely packed to prevent damage during transport.
• Label packages with correct shipping details, addresses, and handling instructions.
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet required specifications before being packed.
• Help in organizing and labeling products before packing.
• Work efficiently to meet daily packing targets and deadlines.
• Maintain a clean and organized packing area.
• Operate packaging machinery or tools, such as tape dispensers, scales, or shrink-wrap machines, if required.
• Report any defective items or packaging issues to the supervisor.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies while packing.
• Assist in moving packaged goods to the designated storage or shipping area.
• Follow all health and safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
• Provide general support to the packing team as needed.

Working Conditions :

• Physical work, including standing, bending, and lifting for long periods.
• Fast-paced environment with daily targets.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED1,300.00 - AED1,500.00 per month
