As a Packing Helper, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient packing of goods within our hotel environment. Job Responsibilities Packing Assistance: Assist in packing and labeling goods for various hotel departments. Ensure proper handling and storage of fragile and delicate items. Inventory Management: Keep track of inventory levels and report shortages. Work closely with the inventory team to maintain accurate records. Quality Control: Conduct visual inspections to ensure the quality of packed items. Report any damaged or defective goods promptly. Loading and Unloading: Assist in loading and unloading goods from delivery vehicles. Collaborate with the logistics team for efficient transportation. Adherence to Safety Standards: Follow safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment. Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) as required. Qualifications/Skills Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and moving heavy items. Team Player: Works well in a team-oriented environment. Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail in packing and labeling tasks. Communication Skills: Basic verbal communication skills in English. Education and Experience Requirements Education: High School Diploma or equivalent. Experience: Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous but not mandatory.
