Aventi Industries is a leading and integrated manufacturer of food & beverage products, based in Dubai. Aventi Industries manufactures condiments, sauces, syrups, powder products and beverages and deliver products of excellent value and quality. Our products & brands are constantly evolving to meet the needs of the ever-changing global market. We are seeking to expand our production team. To that end, we are looking to hire a Production Supervisor. Candidate will be responsible for the following:
- Oversee daily production operations
- To manage shift production for all product lines with available resources and meeting the quality standards
- Ensure that production meets health, sanitation and quality standards
- Create weekly plan for production and organizing workmen to achieve target output of the shift
- Oversee the daily production operations and implement weekly production plan to finish production as per the delivery date
- Maintain production specifications and product standards while reducing overall cost to maximize productivity and profitability
- Making sure that the processing is being done in line with companys specifications & formulations
- Maintain and verify all production records specifically batch records and employee timesheets
- Maintain and verify all production records for various internal and external audits
- Ensure that production meets health, sanitation, and quality standards
- Implement and maintain Food Safety procedures
- Monitor performance of workers reporting to them.
- Degree in Food Science/Technology/Microbiology
- 03-05 years of proven experience in similar field
- Food Knowledge level of the relevant products, materials and processes
- Understanding of Safety regulations and policies
- Experience and familiarity with Manufacturing Equipment
- Experience in ISO 22000 and related certifications is preferred
