Key Responsibilities :
• Prepare and cook Pakistani and continental dishes according to established recipes or customer preferences.
• Ensure the quality of food by maintaining freshness, taste, and presentation.
• Manage food preparation for multiple orders during busy periods.
• Maintain kitchen hygiene and cleanliness, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
• Ensure all ingredients are available and stocked as needed.
• Prepare and portion ingredients according to recipe guidelines.
• Assist with menu planning and the development of new recipes.
• Adhere to proper food storage procedures to prevent contamination or spoilage.
• Follow instructions from the head chef or kitchen supervisor regarding special meal preparations or dietary requirements.
• Keep track of food stock and notify management of low inventory levels.
