This is a full-time on-site role of Owner Relations Manager located in Dubai. T he Owner Relations Manager will be responsible for managing the relationships between Keys Please and independent homeowners and developers who partner with the company for property management services. The Owner Relations Manager will also be responsible for ensuring the company meets or exceeds agreed-upon business objectives, continuously improve home owner satisfaction scores, and deliver regular activities to achieve team goals. Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience in property management or ownership relations role
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, and the ability to manage a variety of homeowner and developer relationships
Strong client service focus, with a passion to empathize and communicate proactively and effectively with homeowners, and manage homeowner expectations toward solutions that meet profitability, quality, and productivity requirements
Strategic yet hands-on approach to problem-solving, demonstrating ability to envision the future of the real estate market in Dubai and develop tactics and strategies to remain competitive
A team player with strong leadership abilities and experience in dealing with cross-functional teams and departments
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent time and project management skills in a fast-paced environment
Bachelor\'s degree in hospitality management, business, or marketing, or related field
Familiarity with pertinent local and state laws and regulations for vacation rental management and hospitality industry guidelines
Fluent in English, with proficiency in at least one additional language
