Requirements:

• Responsible for building and operating user communities, building and operating the company's overseas social platform accounts, establishing and improving user operations and potential user conversion mechanisms, planning and organizing community and new media activities, tracking popular topics, and following up on the planning, execution, and effectiveness of activities;
• Understand group differences and various incentive mechanisms for overseas community and new media operation users, be good at capturing blockchain hotspots, planning hot memes, writing copy, responsible for outputting community and new media account content, guiding user interaction, and creating high stickiness communities and new media accounts;
• Establish good relationships with fans and users, explore potential customer needs, and help potential customers answer questions and clarify doubts.
• Guide users through various new media channels and redirect them to relevant social media accounts;
• Responsible for the conversion data of community users and fans of new media accounts, effectively improving key indicators such as user retention, transactions, and recalls;
• Long term expansion of development partners and channels, including KOLs, community leaders, communication groups, etc., maintaining good channel relationships and updating resource libraries in a timely manner. Including but not limited to platforms such as Telegram, Discord, Twitter, Medium, YouTube, etc;
• Proficient in using community operation tools such as Telegram and Discord, responsible for the operation planning and release of overseas social media platforms such as Facebook (META), Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, Tiktok, etc., tracking overseas market hotspots or competitor dynamics;

Job Requirements:

• Have work experience in blockchain community operation and new media operation, and Chinese and English can be used as the working language;
• Having excellent copywriting and creative abilities;
• Familiar with the rules and characteristics of mainstream social media platforms overseas, with a strong interest and keen insight into overseas markets;
• Strong sense of responsibility, strong teamwork ability, possessing a certain level of affinity, resistance to pressure, and synergy;
• Have event marketing awareness, sensitive to overseas social media trends, curious, interested in exploring and understanding cultural new media trends in various countries overseas;
