JOB PURPOSE: Responsible for the coordination and management of outsourced resources, ensuring the smooth onboarding QUALIFICATION: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field (preferred but not required). EXPERIENCE: 2-4 years of experience in resource management, outsourcing administration, or project coordination, preferably in a corporate or service-oriented environment. RESPONSIBILITIES (INCLUDES ALL TASKS): We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Outsourcing Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the coordination and management of outsourced resources, ensuring the smooth onboarding. You will work closely with external vendors, internal teams, and key stakeholders to align resources with the company's operational requirements.\ Outsourcing Vendor Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact between the company and third-party vendors providing outsourced resources (e.g., IT, customer service, administrative support). Resource Planning & Allocation: Collaborate with internal teams to understand resource requirements and ensure that outsourced teams are aligned with the company's needs. Contract Management: Assist with the negotiation, review, and management of outsourcing contracts, ensuring compliance with agreed terms and conditions.
Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong ability to troubleshoot issues and work toward solutions quickly and effectively.
Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of Outsourcing: Familiarity with outsourcing practices and industry standards, particularly in areas such as customer service, IT support, or administrative services.
TECHNICAL SKILLS /COMPETENCIES: MANDATORY
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and familiarity with project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, or similar).
SOFT SKILLS: MANDATORY
Strong Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple outsourcing projects simultaneously, with a high degree of attention to detail and organization.
Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders.
