Job Responsibilities:
• Identify and establish contact with potential customers
• Schedule and perform product demonstrations with potential and existing customers
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers
• Attend industry trade shows to identify potential sales leads and make meaningful contact with existing customers
• Follow industry trends to identify new opportunities for potential sales
• Recommend marketing strategies to target a specific region or demographic
• Generate and submit sales reports to management
• Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
• Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
• Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Reach out to customer leads through cold calling through visits, phone and/or email
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
• Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
• Analyze the territory/market's potential, track sales and status reports
• Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
• Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
• Continuously improve through feedback
Job Requirements
• Proven work experience as a sales representative
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office, including MS Word, MS Outlook, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
• Familiarity with ERP and CRM software along with ability to build productive business professional relationships
• Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
• Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
Ability to translate product features into customer benefits
• Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
• Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
• Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
• Customer service skills to listen to the concerns of a customer and be able to address their needs
• Interpersonal skills to work with a wide variety of people each day, build relationships and network
• Confidence and strong self-assuredness to succeed in cold-calling customers and making a sale
• Communication skills, especially persuasion, to clearly convey the benefits of a product to potential customers
• Physical endurance, as Sales Representatives you may need to be on your feet for long hours and spend a lot of time traveling between locations and carry heavy products
• The ideal candidate will have experience with selling radio communication products and/or telecom products.

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
