Job Title: Outdoor Sales Representative (LED & Electrical Products)

:

We are seeking a

highly motivated and experienced Outdoor Sales Representative

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a

proven track record in selling LED and electrical products

in the UAE market. This role involves developing sales strategies, acquiring new clients, and managing relationships with key customer segments, including

Facilities Management companies, small contractors, and villa projects

.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and engage potential clients, including

Facilities Management companies, small contractors, and villa project developers

. Drive sales through

cold calling, door-to-door visits, client meetings, and presentations

. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to drive repeat business. Meet or exceed

sales targets

and contribute to overall business growth. Research market trends, competitors, and customer needs to tailor sales strategies effectively. Provide

sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates

to management. Attend

industry events, trade shows, and networking meetings

to expand business opportunities.

Requirements & Skills:

Proven experience in sales of LED and electrical products

in the UAE. Existing

customer base and network

within Facilities Management companies, small contractors, and villa projects (preferred). Strong

negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills

.

Track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas

. Familiarity with

CRM systems and sales pipeline management

.

Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently

. Proficiency in

Microsoft Office and sales tools

.

Bachelor's degree

in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Valid UAE driving license

(mandatory).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
