Job Title: Outside Sales Executive - AMC Contracts (Hunter Role)

Salary: AED 5,000 base \+ fuel allowance \+ attractive commission structure

We are seeking a highly motivated Outside Sales Executive to aggressively drive new business and sell Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC). This is a true hunter role, perfect for someone who thrives on closing deals and building long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Identify, prospect, and close new AMC contracts with commercial and residential clients.
• Conduct face-to-face meetings, cold calls, and site visits to generate leads.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and facility managers.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
• Provide clients with tailored maintenance solutions based on their needs.
• Negotiate contracts and ensure proper documentation.

Requirements:

• Must have own vehicle (fuel provided).
• Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or a similar hunter role.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Self-driven, highly motivated, and results-oriented.
• Previous experience in real estate sales is a plus but not required.
• Good communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
