Job Description
Job SummaryAn Outreach Officer is required that will help and conduct outreach programs for school children in the UAE and will be responsible for the following duties:
- Coordinating the school visits by contacting the schools and scheduling visits weekly
- Review the education content for the school (activities sheet, presentation)
- Planning activities for the school children
- Prepare database with the students information and a report about each School visit
- Prepare a report regarding the students\xe2\x80\x99 feedback and contribution
- Collaborate and help the presenter
- Participating, managing and helping in execution of events/conducting workshops
- Send monthly report for the school visit and feedback from the teachers or the advisers.
- Archive the student presentation and students material like the posters to use in any events.
- Help in improving students interactive webpage by giving new ideas for programs.
- Fluency in reading, writing and speaking in English and Arabic is a MUST.
- Presentation and public speaking skills is required.
