Job Summary:
The outlet manager is responsible for creating a competitive and profitable work environment which is committed to management maximising sales, minimising cost, and achieving the restaurant business objectives
The outlet manager is accountable for successfully implementing and maintaining all company policies and procedures in relation to operation, customer service, quality control, venue hygiene, cash handling, marketing, purchasing, human resources, administration, team training and development.

Duties & Responsibilities:
• You will be responsible for customer service and selling the company products and dealing with customers complaints and needs.
• Maintain a high customer service focus by approaching your job with the customers always in mind.
• Ensure performance management system is applicable across all the team members
• Organize and supervise shifts, schedules, roasters, annual leaves plans.
• Have a positive impact, taking personal responsibility and initiative to resolve issues, always clearly communicating with both customers and colleagues.
• Contribute ideas and suggestions to enhance operational / environmental procedures in the outlet.
• Be available to assist on duty in the restaurant and butchery during any busy days or special events.
• Plan, prioritize, organize and control the day-to-day operation.
• Check stock levels, order supplies, and prepare cash drawers and petty cash.
An Outlet Manager always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviour, skills, and values that follow:

• Guest oriented and able to confidently build and exceed service standards.
• Thorough knowledge of service, cost control in F&B, labour controls, beverage menu writing, maintenance, merchandising, computer and accountings.
• Thorough knowledge of restaurant operations including food, beverages, supervisory aspects, service techniques, and guest interaction.
• Able to work under pressure and deal with stressful situations during busy periods.
Requirements:
• Education: Degree/ Diploma in Hospitality/ Business Management preferred OR / management development training certification.
• Professional Certificate: PIC Certificate or similar food hygiene certificate.
• Experience: 5 years of experience as a restaurant manager / outlet manager in a similar environment. Understanding of Hotel Operations.
• Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Experience in Syrve or similar POS system.
• Nationality: Arabic Nationality ( Syrian/Lebanese) Only
• Language: Arabic(Native) & English(Advanced)
