Title: Outlet ManagerLocation: Dubai, United Arab EmiratesPackage: 8,000 AED basic, up to 4,000 AED live-out, plus service chargeI\'m currently supporting an incredible hospitality group, in Dubai, with their search for an Outlet Manager.The group own & operate an incredible luxury property, in one of the most sought after districts in Dubai, and this role will be responsible for heading up an incredible rooftop bar & restaurant, boasting incredible views of the Dubai skyline. This is more of an intimate venue, seating circa 100-120 guests.The role will be reporting directly into the F&B Director, and you\'ll be responsible for heading up all FOH operations.Personality is a big thing for this group, so we\'re looking for someone with high energy, a real love for hospitality, and someone with a great sense of humour too.Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily Front of the House restaurant operations.
- Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction.
- Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints.
- Regularly review product quality and research new vendors.
- Organize and supervise shifts.
- Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity.
- Estimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils and cleaning products.
- Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations.
- Manage restaurant\xe2\x80\x99s good image and suggest ways to improve it.
- Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste.
- Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly and annual revenues and expenses.
- Promote the brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and restaurant events.
- Recommend ways to reach a broader audience (e.g. discounts and social media ads).
- Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices.
- Implement policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations.
