Overview
JR General Trading LLC is a prominent company in trading building materials, serving the dynamic market of Dubai, UAE. We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Outdoor Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business and maintaining relationships with existing clients, driving sales growth in the building materials sector.

Responsibilities

• Client Acquisition : Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling.
• Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and key stakeholders in the construction industry.
• Product Knowledge : Develop a deep understanding of our product offerings, including specifications and applications, to effectively communicate with clients.
• Sales Presentations : Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our building materials and solutions to potential clients.
• Market Analysis : Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to tailor sales strategies accordingly.
• Negotiation : Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements and close sales effectively.
• Sales Targets : Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets while adhering to company policies and standards.
• Reporting : Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions, and prepare regular sales reports for management.
• Collaboration : Collaborate with internal teams, including purchasing and logistics, to ensure smooth execution of orders and customer satisfaction.
• Customer Feedback : Gather feedback from clients to understand their satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement.
• Industry Networking : Attend industry events and trade shows to promote our products and expand our network.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Experience : 3-10 years of outdoor sales experience, preferably in the building materials or construction industry.
• Education : Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Driving License : A valid UAE driving license is required.
• Language Skills : Proficiency in English; knowledge of Hindi and/or Arabic is an advantage.
• Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Negotiation Skills : Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of closing deals.
• Self-Motivated : Highly motivated and target-driven with a strong desire to succeed.
• Adaptability : Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
