Outdoor Sales ManagerRequired Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Sales/management qualification
Minimum 5 years of experience in outdoor sales, preferably in the fitness or wellness industry
Ability to lead and manage a sales team effectively
Proficient in using CRM software, Microsoft Excel & Outlook
Bilingual: English & Arabic speaking
Friendly, confident, and outgoing personality
Strong self-motivation, organizational skills, and time management
Excellent communication and persuasion skills
Experience in recruitment and team management
Financial and general numeracy skills
Strong public speaking and negotiation skills
Duties & Responsibilities:
Develop and execute outdoor sales strategies to achieve defined targets
Set sales goals and monitor team performance
Provide training and motivation to the sales team
Recruit, hire, and onboard new sales representatives
Align sales efforts with daily operations and business objectives
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and businesses
Manage and oversee customer service to ensure high satisfaction and retention
Establish daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Evaluate team performance through feedback and action plans
Generate and present sales reports to senior management
Calculate and track sales team commissions
Communicate with key stakeholders to align sales efforts with company goals
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
