Key Responsibilities

Field Sales and Customer Engagement:

• Actively seek out and engage potential customers through outdoor sales activities.
• Demonstrate and explain the features and benefits of cosmetics products to potential clients.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.

Territory Management:

• Manage and optimize a sales territory, ensuring maximum coverage and exposure for the company's products.
• Schedule and conduct regular visits to retail stores, salons, spas, and other relevant locations.

Market Analysis:

• Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and potential clients.
• Monitor competitors and market trends to stay informed and adjust sales strategies accordingly.

Sales Targets and Reporting:

• Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory.
• Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts to management.

Driving and Travel:

• Travel to various locations within the assigned territory to meet with potential and existing clients.
• Ensure timely delivery of products and samples to clients as required.

Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Experience:

• Prior 2 years' experience in outdoor sales, particularly in the cosmetics industry, is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates with a strong interest in cosmetics background and sales are encouraged to apply.

Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Bilingual in English.

Other Requirements:

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel extensively and work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary.

Job Types

• Pay: AED 9,000 - AED 14,000 per month

Ability to Commute/Relocate

• Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (preferred).
