Job Vacancy: Outdoor Sales Representative

Location: Sharjah, UAE

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and networking within the assigned territory.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, including retailers, interior designers, and corporate buyers.
• Present and demonstrate our furniture products to potential clients, highlighting their features, benefits, and customization options.
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitive products, and customer preferences.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to close sales and secure long-term business partnerships.
• Gain in-depth knowledge of our furniture products, including materials, design specifications, and customization capabilities.
• Provide product training and support to clients, ensuring they understand the value and benefits of our offerings.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status using CRM software.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market feedback, and client needs for the management team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical Engineering, Architect, Interior Design, and Mechatronic.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in outdoor sales, preferably within the furniture, Storage, Shelving or related industry.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building successful client relationships.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade potential clients.
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage client interactions and sales activities.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
• A keen interest in furniture, interior design, and understanding customer needs.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• outdoor sales: 1 year (Preferred)
• SolidWorks: 1 year (Required)
• Furniture, Shelving and Storage System: 1 year (Required)

Language:

• Arabic (Preferred)
