Job SummaryWe are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outdoor Sales Representative to promote and sell our premium kitchen cabinet products. The ideal candidate will actively seek out and engage prospective clients, including homeowners, contractors, builders, and interior designers. The role requires excellent communication, sales, and relationship-building skills, as well as the ability to provide tailored solutions to meet customer needs.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Prospecting: Identify and approach potential clients through door-to-door visits, referrals, and networking within assigned territories.Product Promotion: Present and demonstrate the features, benefits, and quality of our kitchen cabinets to clients.Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed sales quotas by developing new business and nurturing existing relationships.Consultation: Provide expert advice on cabinet styles, materials, finishes, and configurations to suit client preferences and budgets.Site Visits: Visit client locations to assess space, measure dimensions, and provide accurate product recommendations.Relationship Building: Develop long-term relationships with clients by providing excellent service, follow-up, and support.Proposal Preparation: Prepare and present detailed quotes, proposals, and contracts to clients.Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions to identify new opportunities.Collaboration: Work closely with the design team, installers, and project managers to ensure seamless customer experiences.Reporting: Maintain accurate sales records, prepare weekly reports, and update customer information in CRM systems.QualificationsProven experience in sales, preferably in home improvement, cabinetry, or related industries.Strong knowledge of kitchen design and cabinetry materials is a plus.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management abilities.Ability to work independently in the field and travel within the assigned territory.Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic computer software.A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.Key CompetenciesSales-driven mindset with a passion for customer satisfaction.Ability to effectively handle objections and negotiate with clients.Attention to detail when measuring spaces and preparing quotes.Willingness to learn about new products and trends in the kitchen cabinetry market.Work EnvironmentThis is a field-based role requiring regular travel to client locations and job sites.
