• Prospect and meet clients on a daily basis to achieve the sales targets set for Off-set printing and Digital marketing requirements.
• Conduct face-to-face meetings with clients to understand their needs.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and industry events.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
• Negotiate contracts and terms of agreement with clients to close sales deals.
• Meet and exceed sales targets on a consistent basis (MUST).

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in outdoor sales, preferably in the advertising or marketing industry (Offset printing and Digital Marketing)
• Female candidates are preferred, our main target is ladies saloon and clinics but male candidates can also apply.
• Fluency in English (Must)
• Own visa preferred, but sponsorship can be provided for exceptional candidates upon confirmation.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Business card designing and printing
• Flyers, brochures and marketing material designing and printing

Digital Marketing services

• Website development
• Social media marketing and managing
• Influencer marketing

Compensation and remuneration details:

• Monthly Sales target: 35,000 AED
• Trial Period: 1 month
• Salary: 2,000 AED
• Travel Allowance: 350 AED
• Accommodation Allowance: 700 AED

During the first month of trial, candidate will be required to at least meet 80% for the sales target in order to process full-time employment and other benefits. Once confirmed, the candidate will be eligible for full salary and other benefits as per the law of the land.If the candidate fails to achieve the minimum sales target, he will be paid a 10% commission of the total sales brought to the company in the month only.Commission Structure:

• 35,001-45,000 AED - 2%
• 45,001-50,00 AED - 3%
• 50,001-65,000 AED - 4%
• 65,001-above - 5%
