Job Summary:
We are looking for an energetic and goal-oriented Outdoor Sales Representative to join our team. This role will focus on generating new sales opportunities, engaging with potential clients, and building strong customer relationships through in-person interactions. The ideal candidate is proactive, knowledgeable, and dedicated to meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Outreach : Visit prospective clients in person, establishing strong connections and effectively presenting our services to meet their needs.
• Lead Generation : Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities within designated territories, working to generate and qualify leads.
• Sales Presentations : Conduct informative sales presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the value and benefits of our services.
• Client Needs Assessment : Understand client requirements, assess how our services can address their needs, and offer tailored solutions.
• Relationship Building : Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and repeat business.
• Sales Reporting : Regularly update sales activities, client feedback, and sales projections to management.

Requirements:

• Experience : 3-5 years of outdoor sales experience in pest control or facilities services industry, preferably in the UAE, with a strong track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Communication Skills : Fluent in English, Arabic, and Hindi to effectively communicate with a diverse client base.
• Driving License : Must possess a valid UAE driving license.
• Customer-Focused : Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach to building trust and securing sales.
• Goal-Oriented : Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple leads and close deals within deadlines.
• Adaptable and Proactive : Willingness to learn quickly, adapt to changing environments, and tackle new challenges.
• Availability : Immediate joiners are preferred.
