JOB DESCRIPTION - OUTDOOR ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE - TELECOM
We are Hiring for Outdoor Sales Executive for Top DU Business Corporate. (B2B Business)
•Sales Executive: Minimum 1 years of experience in Telecom Du or Etisalat (Hunting)
• Hiring Freshers with Experience in Telecom/ Business Setup/ B2B Sales with minimum 2 years' experience.
Responsibilities: -
• Identifying and Creating Business Leads:
• Cold call potential clients to generate business leads.
• Update customer information in the database after conducting tele-calls regularly.
• Promote new products and services to customers over the phone.
• Client Meetings and Relationship Building:
• Arrange client meetings, either individually or as part of a team.
• Visit potential markets within your assigned area to generate leads.
• Maintain positive relationships with existing and new clients, especially from Arabic-speaking backgrounds.
• Lead Management and Documentation:
• Close potential leads within the specified time frame or as directed by your line manager.
• Collect relevant documents from clients and submit them to the back-end coordinator.
• Follow up with clients for any additional documents required by partners (e.g., du).
• Sales Engagements and Upselling:
• Conduct upselling engagements with clients.
• Cross-sell or upsell telecom products to customers over the phone.
• Receive incoming telephone calls and assist with customer inquiries.
• Internal Collaboration and Customized Solutions:
• Work closely with internal teams and partners to build customized solutions for key customers.
• Utilize customer feedback and analytical insights to shape new products and solutions.
• Gather telecom order information from technical sales teams or clients directly.
• Order Processing and Pre-Sales Support:
• Submit orders accurately and promptly in the assigned sales order entry system.
• Assist clients with basic pre-sales telecom-specific technical questions.
• Targets and Strategic Planning:
• Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly targets and revenue goals set by your line manager.
• Coordinate with other departments as necessary to facilitate customer satisfaction.
• Strategically position the company's products and services against competitors.
• Strategic Business Plans:
• Develop and implement strategic business plans for new service offerings.
Location : Dubai
Salary : AED3,000 to AED4,500.00 per month Huge Incentives as per Experience.
