Key Responsibilities :
Business Development and Lead Generation :
• Research and pinpoint potential clients and untapped markets.
• Use various channels such as networking, cold calls, and events to generate new leads.
• Design and implement strategic sales plans to meet company objectives.
Client Relationship Management :
• Establish and nurture enduring relationships with clients.
• Understand and anticipate client needs to offer tailored solutions.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction with proactive sales service.
Sales Presentations and Closing Deals :
• Create and deliver persuasive presentations to potential clients.
• Negotiate sales terms and successfully close deals.
• Coordinate with the sales team to streamline client onboarding processes.
Meeting Sales Targets :
• Consistently meet or surpass monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals.
• Track sales performance and prepare regular reports for senior management.
• Adapt sales strategies based on market trends and performance feedback.
Industry and Product Expertise :
• Stay current with industry developments, competitive offerings, and market conditions.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company's products and services.
• Provide product feedback to the development team based on client interactions and market insights.
Team Collaboration and Strategy :
• Work with the marketing department to develop sales materials and campaigns.
• Liaise with customer service and operations teams to ensure seamless client experiences.
• Actively participate in team meetings, contributing to the overall sales strategy.
Qualifications :
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Demonstrable experience in a sales executive or similar role.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Well-organized with excellent time-management capabilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive in achieving targets.
Preferred Qualifications :
• Previous experience in the telecom sector is a plus.
• Strong working knowledge of Excel and CRM tools.
Work Environment :
