Lead Generation Specialist
Duties:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and schedule appointments
- Utilize warm calling techniques to engage prospects and build rapport
- Identify customer needs and qualify leads for the sales team
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for lead generation
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in Salesforce or similar CRM software
- Follow up with leads via phone, email, or other communication channels
- Meet or exceed monthly lead generation targets
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in technology sales, inside sales, or telemarketing
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in using CRM software, such as Salesforce, to manage leads and track progress
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
• UAE Driving License will be advantage but Not Necessary.
