We are seeking a motivated and experienced

Outdoor Sales Executive

to join our Freight Forwarding team. The ideal candidate should have

3 to 5 years of experience

in the Freight Forwarding industry, with an existing customer base or proven ability to generate business within UAE market, ability to maintain frequent monthly & quarterly sales includes all sectors of Freight Forwarding Air, Sea & Land.

Jobe Requirements:



Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in Freight Forwarding sales (import/export). Existing customer base or demonstrated ability to generate leads. Strong knowledge of logistics and freight forwarding operations. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Proven ability to work independently and meet targets. Maintaining assigned accounts and providing ongoing customer support. Developing and implementing sales strategies around the provision of logistical services. Identifying and contacting prospective customers to promote logistical services and negotiate contracts. Evaluating business processes, assessing risks, and recommending improvements to achieve sales targets. Assessing customer needs and determining suitable modes of transportation that align with cost and timeframe expectations. Developing and maintaining an effective carrier network and excellent customer relationships. Strong skills in negotiating shipping lines and Airline carries for promoting the most attractive promotion rates in market.

Key Responsibilities / Skills & Abilities:



Identify and approach potential customers for freight forwarding services. Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Meet assigned client acquisition targets within the probationary period. Conduct regular visits to customers and provide tailored logistics solutions. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery. Achieve sales revenue targets and provide detailed sales reports. An understanding of marketing methodologies and business development. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Well knowledge in shipping terms and customs procedures. Demonstrate a strong track record of results and generating new sales, and maintain a good relationship with existing clients. Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. Ability to work independently with a focus on meeting targets and deadlines. Ensure that all client inquiries and requests are responded to promptly and professionally Work closely with the operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless execution of logistics services. Respond to client inquiries and provide timely quotations based on customer requirements. Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions with clients to achieve competitive and profitable agreements. Provide consultative services to clients by recommending optimal shipping solutions. Salary is negotiable, according to your experience level in the field. Job Type: Full-time
