As a Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in our growth by identifying and nurturing leads, forging robust client relationships, and driving sales growth across our product lines. Responsibilities:
• Prospecting and Client Identification: Identify and target potential clients within the tiles and sanitary industry.
• Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong, enduring relationships with both current and prospective customers.
• Needs Assessment: Gain a deep understanding of customer needs and provide tailored product solutions that address their specific requirements.
• Product Presentations: Deliver engaging product presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
• Sales Negotiations: Skillfully negotiate and close sales deals, consistently meeting or surpassing sales targets.
• Market Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.
• Reporting: Prepare comprehensive sales reports and meticulously maintain accurate records of all sales activities.
• Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with the sales team and other cross-functional departments to collectively achieve company objectives.
Qualifications:
• Proven Sales Experience: A minimum of two years of demonstrated success in sales, preferably within the tiles and sanitary industry.
• Exceptional Communication: Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills that facilitate productive client interactions.
• Self-Motivation: Be a self-motivated individual driven by a passion for achieving and exceeding sales targets.
