We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outdoor Sales Executive to join our team in the luggage and travel gear sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets for our range of high-quality luggage products. This role involves extensive fieldwork, including client meetings, market research, and promotional activities to drive sales growth and expand our market presence.
Key Responsibilities1. Sales Development
• Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and approach potential clients including retailers, travel agencies, and e-commerce platforms to generate new business opportunities.
• Sales Presentations: Conduct product demonstrations, negotiate terms, and close sales deals with prospective clients.
• Market Analysis: Research and analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities and adapt strategies accordingly.
2. Client Relationship Management
• Client Meetings: Schedule and conduct regular meetings with existing and prospective clients to maintain and grow business relationships.
• Customer Support: Provide exceptional after-sales support, address customer queries, and resolve issues to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Account Management: Manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring their needs are met and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
3. Sales Targets and Reporting
• Achieve Sales Goals: Meet or exceed sales targets set by the management for revenue, new clients, and market share.
• Sales Reporting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
4. Promotional Activities
• Market Presence: Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events to showcase our luggage products and network with industry professionals.
• Brand Awareness: Promote the brand through various channels, including social media, advertising campaigns, and local community events.
5. Product Knowledge
• Product Expertise: Stay updated on product features, benefits, and competitive advantages to effectively communicate with clients and address their needs.
• Training and Development: Attend product training sessions and stay informed about industry trends and innovations.
QualificationsEducation and Experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
