Outdoor Sales Executive - Electronics, Electrical, LHH & DIY (Hypermarket/Supermarket Experience)

Sales & Business Development:



Generate Sales:

Drive sales and revenue growth within the assigned territory by promoting and selling electronic, electrical, LHH, and DIY products.

Target Hypermarkets and Supermarkets:

Build relationships with decision-makers in large retail chains, hypermarkets, and supermarkets to expand product placement and sales.

Retail Promotions:

Work with retail partners to set up in-store promotions, product displays, and special offers to boost visibility and sales of products.

Achieve Sales Targets:

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets as defined by the company.

Product Knowledge & Customer Consultation:



Expert Knowledge of Products:

Have an in-depth understanding of the technical specifications, features, and benefits of electronics, electrical products, LHH, and DIY tools and equipment.

Provide Expert Advice:

Assist customers in selecting the right products based on their needs and preferences, offering knowledgeable advice on product usage.

Conduct Product Demos:

Demonstrate how products work to potential customers or retail partners, showcasing the benefits and uses of electronics, electrical items, large home appliances, and DIY tools.

Market Research & Competitive Analysis:

Monitor Competitors:

Track competitor products, prices, and promotional strategies in hypermarkets and supermarkets.

Customer Relationship Management:



Build and Maintain Relationships:

Foster strong, ongoing relationships with key retail customers, including hypermarkets and supermarket chains, ensuring long-term business partnerships.

After-Sales Support:

Provide exceptional customer service after the sale, addressing any questions or concerns regarding product performance, returns, or installations.

Client Retention:

Implement strategies to retain customers and encourage repeat business by providing value and fostering trust.

Sales Reporting & Documentation:

Sales Reports:

Regularly submit sales reports, activity logs, and market insights to management, tracking sales performance and customer engagement.

Promotion and Marketing Activities:



Coordinate In-Store Promotions:

Coordinate and assist with promotional activities, including setting up attractive displays in supermarkets and hypermarkets to drive sales.

Marketing Material Distribution:

Distribute brochures, flyers, product catalogs, and other marketing materials to increase product visibility in the retail environment.

Brand Awareness:

Enhance brand recognition by ensuring the products are prominently displayed in high-traffic areas of supermarkets and hypermarkets.

Experience and Background:



Relevant Experience:

At least 2-3 years of experience in outdoor sales, preferably in the electronics, electrical, LHH, or DIY products sector within a

hypermarket

or

supermarket environment

.

Retail Sales Knowledge:

Proven track record in working with retail outlets (especially hypermarkets or large supermarkets) to drive sales, manage stock, and develop customer relationships.

Customer-Oriented:

Experience working directly with retail buyers, department managers, and sales teams to increase sales and improve product positioning in retail stores.

2. Product Knowledge:



Electronics & Electrical Knowledge:

In-depth understanding of electronics, electrical products, home appliances (large and small), and DIY tools.

Technical Sales Skills:

Ability to explain technical features and benefits to both retail staff and end customers in a clear, accessible manner.

Communication & Negotiation Skills:



Effective Communication:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present product information to clients and retail managers persuasively.

Negotiation Skills:

Strong negotiation abilities to secure favorable terms, pricing, and product placement with retail stores.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

Experience:

* LLH & DIY: 2 years (Preferred)
