We are looking to hire a well-experienced, confident & dynamic

Sales Representative

who will act as an influencer, using hisher strong communication skills and social media savvy to generate sales.The primary responsibility of this role is to

find, obtain, manage, and dispose of real estate facilities to optimize the portfolio for the company's primary business needs and objectives

. Real estate executives and real estate strategists usually have direct access to senior management.

Responsibilities:

Able to lead sales.

Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner. Assist customers in selecting the appropriate rental vehicle for their needs. Provide accurate and timely information about rental options, rates, and policies. Process rental transactions including reservations, payments, and returns. Maintain a clean and organized rental office and display area. Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales goals. Actively promote and sell additional services and upgrades to customers. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and effective manner. Ensure all necessary paperwork and documentation is completed accurately. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction. Keep up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and promotions. Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times. Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe and secure environment for both customers and employees. Utilize customer feedback to improve service and sales strategies. Attend training sessions and meetings as required.

Requirements:

Equivalent degree in sales.

2years of experience in the UAE CAR RENTAL market.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Prospecting and negotiation skills.

Self-confidence and a good speaker.

Outstanding presentation skills.

Able to maintain good relationships with clients.

Problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

Good computer application knowledge.

Follow and be abreast of the latest in the real estate industry.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
