Job Description

We are Looking for an experienced Outdoor Sales Executive to manage and expand our corporate and long-term rental business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, customer relationship management, and rental operations. This role requires excellent negotiation skills, market knowledge, and the ability to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:

Identify and acquire new corporate clients for long-term rental and lease agreements. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer retention. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with clients.

Market Research & Strategy:

Analyze market trends and competitors to identify new sales opportunities. Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and fleet occupancy. Provide insights on pricing, promotions, and corporate packages.

Customer Service & Coordination:

Act as a primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing their concerns and service requirements. Ensure timely responses to client inquiries, complaints, and special requests. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, contracts, and fleet allocations.

Reporting & Performance Tracking:

Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis. Track sales targets, fleet utilization, and revenue growth. Suggest improvements in fleet offerings and service quality.

Requirements:

Experience:

Minimum 2

years

in sales.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Sales & Negotiation Skills:

Proven ability to close deals and achieve sales targets.

Communication:

Strong verbal and written communication skills.
