About the Role:

We are looking for a

proactive and results-driven Outdoor Sales Executive

to expand our

retail distribution network

across the UAE. This role involves

field sales, client acquisition, and direct engagement with retailers, wholesalers, and business partners

. The ideal candidate will have experience in

distributor-to-retailer sales

and a strong understanding of market trends.

Key Responsibilities:

Actively visit

retail stores, wholesalers, and potential clients

to promote and sell products. Identify and onboard

new retail clients

while maintaining strong relationships with existing ones. Execute

sales strategies to increase product distribution and visibility

. Conduct

market visits

to track competitor activity, pricing trends, and customer demand. Negotiate

pricing, contracts, and bulk order deals

with retailers and distributors. Work closely with the

operations and logistics teams

to ensure smooth product delivery. Meet and exceed

sales targets

through consistent client engagement and follow-ups. Provide

daily and weekly sales reports

to management, including customer feedback. Support marketing initiatives by coordinating

in-store branding, promotions, and activations

Requirements:

2-5 years of experience

in

outdoor sales, B2B sales, or distributor-to-retailer sales

, preferably in

textiles, fashion, FMCG, or related industries

. Strong

network of retail buyers, wholesalers, and distributors

in the UAE is a plus. Ability to

work independently, manage multiple client visits daily, and drive sales growth

. Excellent

communication, negotiation, and relationship-building

skills. A valid

UAE driving license

is required. Proficiency in

English

(knowledge of Hindi, Arabic, or other regional languages is an advantage).
