We are looking for a highly motivated and result-driven Outdoor Sales Executive to join our marketing and advertising team. As an Outdoor Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving business growth by promoting and selling our products and services to potential clients. We are seeking individuals with excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for exceeding sales targets.
Responsibilities
• Prospect and identify new clients through various channels, such as cold calling, door-to-door sales, and networking events.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and maximize sales opportunities.
• Present and demonstrate our products and services to potential clients, highlighting the unique selling points and benefits.
• Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to key decision-makers.
• Negotiate and finalize sales agreements, ensuring the terms and conditions are mutually beneficial for both parties.
• Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets, consistently achieving and surpassing assigned quotas.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and promotional campaigns.
Requirements
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in a similar outdoor sales role.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively persuade and influence potential clients.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to handle objections and objections confidently.
• Self-motivated and driven to succeed, with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to track and manage sales activities.
