• Identify, target, and secure new clients for the liquidity platform, focusing on brokers, banks, financial institutions, and trading firms.
• Actively generate leads and build a strong pipeline of potential customers through cold calling, networking, and attending industry events and conferences.
• Conduct face-to-face meetings and product presentations to prospects, effectively showcasing the value of our liquidity platform.
• Close sales deals, negotiate contracts, and ensure that new clients are onboarded smoothly.
• Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
• Provide ongoing support and assistance to clients, addressing inquiries and troubleshooting issues to enhance customer retention.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue from existing clients.
• Keep up-to-date with market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs within the liquidity and trading platform industry.
• Provide feedback to management regarding market conditions, new trends, and client requirements.
• Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs by driving new business and nurturing existing relationships.
• Regularly report on sales activities, including progress against targets, pipeline status, and client feedback.
• Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to increase visibility and generate new leads.
• Develop and execute strategies to raise awareness of our liquidity platform and enhance the company's reputation in the market.
• Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and technical teams to ensure that the solutions provided meet the needs of clients and align with the company's capabilities.
• Work closely with the customer support team to ensure smooth client onboarding and post-sales support.
