We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outdoor Sales Executive to join our car rental team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales by acquiring new clients, maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you have a passion for sales and an understanding of the car rental industry, this role is perfect for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
• Identify and approach potential customers for car rental services.
• Establish and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business.
• Present and explain rental terms, conditions, and packages to customers.
• Conduct regular market research to stay updated on competitors and market trends.
• Collaborate with the marketing team for promotional activities.
• Ensure timely follow-ups on customer inquiries and complaints.
• Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts to the management.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in outdoor sales (preferably in the car rental or automotive industry).
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Skills:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
• Valid UAE driving license (Not mandatory).
