Position Overview: The Outdoor Sales Executive will be responsible for achieving and surpassing sales targets, generating high-quality sales, and maximizing revenue through effective up-selling and cross-selling strategies. Salary: AED 2,500 + Incentives. Responsibilities:
- Implement up-selling and cross-selling strategies to maximize sales opportunities with existing customers.
- Conduct an average of 10 visits per day as per the requested schedule.
- Accurately record daily visits and opportunities using the Sales Force Automation (SFA) system.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and receipts, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with the Back Office team to verify customer authenticity, conducting necessary checks and follow-up procedures to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.
- Stay updated with product knowledge and company policies to effectively address customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Sales and Operations, to coordinate and resolve customer-related issues or escalations.
- Demonstrate professional behavior and adhere to company policies and guidelines.
- Diploma holder or college graduate in telecommunication, business administration, or any related field.
- 0-1 years of experience in marketing, sales, B2B, within the telecom, banking, insurance sectors.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed quantitative sales targets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Effective customer-oriented listening skills to identify and address their needs.
- Highly capable of solving problems and making informed decisions.
- Strong Negotiation skills.
