Position Overview: We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Outdoor Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales within the catering and hospitality industry, focusing on securing new contracts and deals. This role involves extensive fieldwork, building relationships with potential clients, and closing sales. To support your sales activities, we provide a company car and cover petrol expenses.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets in the catering and hospitality sector.
• Identify and target potential clients, including corporate clients, event planners, venues, and hospitality businesses.
• Conduct regular site visits to prospective clients to present our catering and hospitality services and secure contracts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients to ensure long-term business partnerships.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
• Prepare and present detailed sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote our services.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Sales Executive or similar role in the catering and hospitality industry, with a focus on outdoor sales.
• Strong track record of securing contracts and closing deals.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Valid driver's license.
