We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outdoor Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets in a designated territory.
Key Responsibilities:
• Business Development: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and follow-ups.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth.
• Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients, showcasing our products/services.
• Negotiation: Effectively negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed revenue targets.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline management using CRM software.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to align strategies and share customer insights.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in outdoor sales or field sales, with a track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Pay: AED2,500\.00 - AED3,500\.00 per month
