Job Overview :
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will focus on targeting and acquiring new clients for our comprehensive suite of accounting and taxation services, including VAT Registration, Corporate Tax Compliance, Internal and External Audits, and Monthly Bookkeeping. As a key member of the sales team, you will play a vital role in expanding our client base and driving business growth by identifying and approaching businesses in need of these essential services.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Market Research:
o Research and identify potential clients (Start-ups, SMEs, large corporations) who need VAT registration, corporate tax, audit, and bookkeeping services.
o Build and maintain a strong pipeline of new prospects through networking, cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and attending business events.
o Conduct market analysis to identify trends and business needs, tailoring the sales approach to target specific industries or sectors.
2. Sales & Business Development:
o Present and promote our services (VAT registration, corporate tax compliance, audits, bookkeeping) to potential clients.
o Understand client business needs and offer customized solutions that align with our service offerings.
o Develop and deliver effective sales pitches and proposals, highlighting the benefits of outsourcing accounting, tax, and audit services.
o Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
3. Client Relationship Management:
o Establish and nurture long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
o Conduct client meetings, either in person or virtually, to assess their requirements and present tailored service packages.
o Provide timely follow-ups and maintain regular communication with clients during the sales process.
4. Negotiation & Closing Sales :
o Handle the negotiation process and manage objections effectively, ensuring the client understands the value proposition.
o Work with the pricing team to prepare competitive and profitable proposals.
o Close sales deals by obtaining signed agreements and contracts for the services offered.
5. Collaboration with Internal Teams:
o Collaborate closely with the accounting, tax, and audit teams to ensure the smooth onboarding of new clients.
o Work with the marketing team to help create targeted promotional materials and campaigns.
o Provide feedback from prospects and clients to enhance service offerings and improve sales strategies.
6. Reporting & Administration:
o Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress through CRM tools or systems.
o Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports to track performance and sales funnel progress.
o Monitor competitors and market trends to adapt the sales strategy accordingly.
7. Networking & Industry Representation:
o Attend relevant industry events, webinars, and trade shows to promote services and generate new business leads.
o Build a professional network within the business community to increase brand visibility and attract new clients.
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Accounting, or a related field.
• Experience:
o Minimum 2-3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in accounting, finance, or professional services.
o Experience selling services such as VAT registration, corporate tax, audit, or bookkeeping services is highly desirable.
o Familiarity with the UAE's tax laws and accounting regulations (e.g., VAT, corporate tax) is an advantage.
• Skills:
o Strong understanding of B2B sales and lead generation strategies.
o Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
o Ability to develop and present proposals and deliver compelling sales pitches.
o Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
o Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
o A proactive approach and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
